Cut out image with a decorative scissors.

Cut red paper, slightly larger than the roses image - with straight cut.

Cut black paper, slightly larger than the red paper - with decorative sicissors.

To make the speckled background on the main card, I dipped a koosh ball into the ink pad and stamped it on the card!!

Layer the black, red, and stamped image on top of the main card.
