Cut the outside edges of the main cardstock with a decorative scissors.
Cut
red (or green) colored paper with the decorative scissors to fit inside the main card to
within 1/2" of the edges. Glue in place.
On a seperate piece of white cardstock, stamp the penguin, tree, and star. Add
additional notes randomly around the tree. Color in the penguin and notes.
Add dots and lines of glitter for snow.
