Spinner Cards

Instructions:

1. Cut a piece of cardstock 7 1/2" x 8 1/2".
2. Fold up 1/2" along the 8 1/2" side. Crease flat.
3. Bring the top edge of the cardstock down to meet the folded edge of the bottom. Crease flat.
4. Cut out a center slot in the front of the card that is 1/2" x 6 1/2".
5. Stamp a 2 1/2" round disk as desired with a verse or image. Attach to a coordinating color to stiffen the disk for rolling.
6. Stamp the inside that will show through the slot when the card is folded together, as desired. Stamp the front of the card around the slot, as desired.
7. Stamp a verse of greeting on the back of the card, if desired.
8. Glue the 1/2" fold to the back of the card.
9. Attach a foam disk to the center of one nickel. Add the other nickel so the disk is in between to form a yo-yo.
10. Attach another foam disk to the center of one nickel. Attach the stamped disk to the foam on the outside of the nickel.
11. Insert the yo-yo nickels into the slot. If the disk does not roll freely, slightly enlarge the slot. It only takes a sliver to enlarge it so be careful not to over do your cutting.
